Well, both miscreants got a talking to in the manager's office. Further action? I don't know if they were warned, suspended or whatever. Frankly, I think the filthy mouthed one should be fired and the one who was using the company Blackberry for personal use should have an unpaid vacation. But I don't get to decide. Frankly, sitting across from SBM now gives me the creeps.
