Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

During his trial last week, prosecutors introduced into evidence e-mails and Internet chats during which Ahmed said he wanted to engage in violent jihad.
These people turned their back on our culture and embraced the degenerate, violent and oppressive "ideals" of Mohammedanism. The first two surely do deserve to die and it is a shame that Akbar was prosecuted only for murder and equally shameful that he will be given a painless death by lethal injection. Akbar and Muhammed should both be hanged and the hanging should be televised nationally during primetime with a clear warning to other Mohammedans that if they wage violence against our country based on their degenerate religion that we will hang them too.
In the case of Ahmed - send the little bastard to prison and deport his entire family. And WHY should we deport his family? This is why -
